Is it ok to take abilify (aripiprazole) by itself without another antidepressant to go with it? i already take it with citalopram, but wish to drop citalopram. thx!

Yes, BUT: It is very important that you find a provider to moniter your reaction to dropping it. There can be bad w/drawal symptoms for some and you don't want to go through it w/out support. So ask for help in doing what you want to do. I hope it goes well for you - Also, consider some targeted sessions in therapy to help you over the hump. I admire your courage.
