A member asked:

Are potential extrapyramidal effects, induced by citalopram, reversible? is citalopram any less dangerous in this regard than aripiprazole?

Citalopram/Dystonia: Dystonia: a syndrome of involuntary, repetitive muscle contractions of opposing muscles, which may result in torsion and abnormal postures. Citalopram is a rare potential trigger of acute dystonia. Aripiprazole is more likely than citalopram to trigger dystonia and other extrapyramidal effects.
