Share your fears w: the psychologist. Writing things down can be therapeutic in and of itself. It can also help you to be organized or not forget to say things that are important to you. I can't say how the psychologist will react to any particular approach but sometime writing things down can be helpful. Take care.

Psychologist: Who says you have to tell him/her everything on the first session. Just mention one or two of the major things that bother you. At your speed. Therapy is not about being judged by the therapist or getting overwhelmed.

YES! This is A-OK!: A skilled psychologist will pick up on the fact that you are terrified, though it would be helpful if you shared this. (I'd want to know!) What's more, a skilled psychologist will let you take control of the situation if they understand that you have experienced a situation where control was taken from you. If you would feel more comfortable by sharing this in writing, there is no problem!
