See dermatologist: As you are worried about pimples and black head on face and chin and application of different things is not helping . May be she needs some other treatment for her problem . Better consult dermatologist and get right treatment. .

Many options.: Begin with benzoyl peroxide. It's effective and well tolerated for most people. Start with a low strength and increase if needed. With stubborn acne, add a second product with a different active ingredient, such as salicylic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, or sulfur. If still a problem, see a dermatologist.
