What's wrong: The symptoms and labs you describe are concerning for iron overload or hemochromatosis which is the most common inherited genetic disease in caucasians. I would certainly suggest seeing your physician to clarify your diagnosis and for possible referral for treatment. Once the diagnosis were confirmed, you may wish to have family members screened for the disease as well.
