See an ENT doc now : I think you mean Perthes disease, a disease of blood supply to the hip that can cause avascular necrosis of the femoral bone. This has nothing directly to do with frequent nosebleeds which is why you need to see your regular doctor to refer you to an ENT, to see what the next steps would be...
