It's never wrong: To be seen by a doctor for your issues. We can often tell you what's normal and what's not. Amenorrhea (lack of bleeding) can happen with mirena, (levonorgestrel) along with irregular/unscheduled bleeding. Follow up with your doctor, and take care.
