Isolated bleed: Most likely hemorrhoidal/ fissure. If persistent bleed let your doc know. Stay well hydrated, avoid constipation, eat lots of fruit and veggies, avoid sitting position.

After bowel movement, I noticed light blood on toilet paper. I think I've external hemorrhoids. Have no other symptom and have normal bowel movements. Should I see a doc or will it go away? Is it serious?
Had c-diff. Once cleared, doc did colonoscopy. Everything perfect. Did notice redness (erythema...No blood) in rectum. Did random biopsies. Some blood in stool 2 day after. Very mild cramping. Normal?
