Bleeding concers: there are alot of reasons causing this sort of bleeing. Can be hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and other causes originating fron your upper or lower GI. Depends on the colour of blood and associated symptoms. Having bleeding for such a long time is worrying because it can cause anemia. You should consider giving your physician a visit to determine the cause of this
