Variations: Mild curvature of spine means scoliosis, curve of spine to left or right. Mild usually means insignificant. Lumbar spine normally lordotic with curve in anterior direction. Straightening is usually related to muscle spasm.

C Spine MRI Results normal?: There is straightening of the normal lordosis. Disc signal is decreased on T2-weighted images at C5-6 due to disc degeneration. Adenoidal and tonsillar hypertrophy is present. No masses are identified.
