Anesthesia risk: Very low, now that obesity improved risk less. Surgery is only real option

Select your plastic surgeon carefully; ask to see lots of examples of his/her work helping patients in your situation. Surgical excision of the “loose skin" ( operations such as arm lifting, tummy tuck...) usually necessary.
