When is a fever cause for concern, i.e., trip to the er, for a 2yr old?

>101: A fever is the body's reprncs to infection. In a 2 year old, up to 100.9 is not an emergency. Children's tyenol or advill can be given and recheck temp in 2-4 hours. A fever of 101 or over sould be investigated by a professional.
