My 6 month old baby has been throwing up phlegm all day. no fever at all. he is breastfed and has started cereal 3 days ago. could this be the cause? he seems his usual self except he just keeps throwing up quite often. when is it cause for concern?

Cereal and phlegm: If the spitting up started after cereal introduced that could be the cause or just trying to handle secretions. If he acts otherwise normally and no weight loss noted, no cause for concern. If weight loss or other symptoms arise, see pedi MD.
