My 10 month old has been battling high fevers on and off for a while now. he is now on rocephin to treat a secondary infection. but his temp keeps dropping to 34/35 deg. is this cause for concern? or effects is meds?

High fever : Has the child been evaluated for Kawasaki? UTI ? How often does his temp drop and how long does it stay low? How responsive is the child when that occurs? is he dehydrated? How has he weight been doing? I would have the child reassessed by pediatric infectious disease specialist at a children's hospital this week as the case is complex.
