Asthma: I recommend you find out what your other triggers are. Specifically, do you have environmental allergies? Are you really deficient in magnesium? You might also be more likely to have problems due to eating gluten, dairy, or any number of other foods. You could be tested for that, too. I wish you the very best.

Asthma: It is advisable to see an asthma specialist e.g. an allergist to completely diagnosis your problem, and to make maximum preventiion of asthma related complications. Meanwhile keep a daily journal of what you eat and activitities, to look for triggers to your exercise asthma.
