Time to visit UR PCP: If your earwax dissolving drops worked, then unfortunately this could causing your symptoms. So, to unblock your ears, you probably need to go in see your PCP. S/he can then remove the wax safely, unblock your ears, and stop the leakage. Unless someone can visualize or see what's in your your canal, this is not going to resolve easily. You want to hear again, so give your doctor a call.
