See your dentist: if it was due to a sore. See your physician if it is an allergic reaction. Go to ER if the swelling is spreading to your tongue and airway.

Possible : This may be an allergic reaction. If the swelling gets worse and makes it hard to breath then go to the ER. It is also possible that you bit your lip and this has caused your lip to swell. In this case don't worry, it will heal.

Allergic reaction: A number of the conditions can cause swollen lips. By your description the cause is allergic reaction to food. The rule of thumb- see your doctor if the swelling cannot be explained or does not improve after 2-3 days. If you are experiencing difficulty breathing call 911. Take care.
