Depends: If you have no problem breathing (throat swelling), you may try antihistamine up to 4 times daily to see if this helps. If the problem keeps on coming back, consider consulting an allergist. There are many potential causes and a drug reaction (especially NSAIDs) is one to be considered. If you have any problem breathing or swallowing, rush to the ER.
