See an ENT: Your TMJ may not be the cause of your tinnitus and so you may need to seek out a more definitive diagnosis. Did your TMJ get a CBCT scan or MRI prior to flushing? Did you seek a second opinion prior to treatment? I'd consider working with your current doctor to help guide towards a possible solution!
