Take good care of..: yourself and you will grow to your potential. Have poor health or poor nutrition and you may not grow as tall as you would otherwise. Coffee has caffeine and this may reduce your appetite for healthy foods but in itself there is no reason for it to make you shorter if you have some now and then. Exercising will improve your fitness and if you do squats properly they will not make you shorter.
