Have not: stated your objective. If you want to lose weight need to decrease intake and make sure you keep up exercise such as swimming or walking, bike riding. The amount of exercise needed at your age needs to be discussed with your doc and may need to have an exercise rx. Be careful but the best may just be simple as walking or bike riding.
