Varies: Cellulite is ultimately related to fat deposition in the soft tissues. To lose fat, must burn more calories than you take in. As you are, toning the muscles in the area is a good idea, but benefit is limited. If these things don't work, I would arrange a consult with a plastic surgeon if it is concerning enough to you.
