Prostitis-infection: This sounds like infection, possible of prostate gland. Usually requires several weeks of antibiotics - cipro (ciprofloxacin) is frequently used. Absolutely requires Dr examination, urinalysis with culture and sensitivity. This type of problem can occur after invasive genital procedures. It is treatable, but will not usually resolve without antibiotics. Worst case may result in sepsis - 'blood infection'
