See Your Doctor: Your description suggests a condition called Hypospadias where the urethral opening is abnormally located on underside of penis; the abnormal anatomy may also cause 2 streams. Additionally Hypospadias can be associated w/ another condition called Chordee: an abnormal downward curvature of penis. Burning could be due to exposed urethra. Can be corrected surgically by a Urology Specialist.

Curvature = chordee: Most common cause of 2 urinary streams is center of urinary opening sticks together or has a little mucus resulting in double opening causing 2 streams. Hypospadias & patients with a double urethra can have 2 streams. Burning after ejaculation can be from alkalinity or acidity of semen or masturbation trauma. Hypospadias could explain combination of downward curvature + 2 streams.
