Other medicines?: Pain meds are not the only ones that can slow urination. If you are not relieved after urinating & still feel you need to go but only dribble,you need to be checked for possible causes especially if you were voiding normally before your surgery. If you can feel you have a full bladder but are only dribbling, go to the ER. Are you drinking enough fluids?An evaluation seems reasonable.Good luck.
