Physical symptoms: Panic (attack) is a type of anxiety. Anxiety is excessive worry or apprehension that causes feelings of restlessness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, difficulty sleeping, fatigueness, and muscle tension. Whereas, panic is intense fear or discomfort that occurs abruptly resulting in heart papitations, sweating, trembling, chest pain, breathing difficulty, dizziness, fear of dying, nausea.
