Anxiety & Panic: "anxiety disorders" is a group of several disorders sharing anxiety in common, but with differentiations in between. Panic disorder is one of these types. In panic disorder, there are recurrent panic attacks with 1 month or more of persistent concern about having additional attacks, worry about the implications of having an attack ("going crazy", etc) or resulting behavior change b/c of them.
