Depends on treatment: The scar and 1 kidney are no problem. The bigger question is what treatments were used. If you just needed surgery and that was curative, you should be fertile and able to have kids. If you had chemotherapy and/or radiation, there may have been some effect on your fertility. You should have your OB or a fertility specialist contact your oncologist from when you were a baby to talk about your case.
