Get other opinions: If you were my patient i would recommend getting another opinion especially at a center that may have access to experimental protocols. Ask if there is anything to do to improve your chances for getting chemo. Surround yourself with supportive family and friends.

Stage IV: If they said the liver and kidney are involved- that means it is a stage IV disease. Ovarian cancer is in general sensitive to chemotherapy and for stage iv- chemotherapy is the mainstay therapy. What do you mean by poor for chemo? You have many other medical problems- or you could not tolerate therapy? Option beside chemo would palliative care i.e. Hospice care. D/w ur oncologist and gbu.
