Excessive sleepiness: Your level of sleepiness is abnormal and likely represents a sleep disorder. I would schedule an appointment with your primary care physician right away. An appointment with a sleep medicine specialist may be needed.

Narcolepsy is: Usually an unpredictable dropping asleep, but sleep disorders can run a spectrum from oversleeping, to inability to fall, or stay asleep. The other answers mention sleep apnea as a cause of chronic lack of sleep, what you have sounds like excess. Find a sleep specialist, neurologist, psychiatrist.
