Seems concerning: Swallowing studies that show aspiration are usually concerning. If the swallow shows episodes of reflux but your child is not in pain and is thriving well, then that is a reason to not be concerned. If your child is aspirating into his/her lungs during a feeding study, this is concerning. See a gastroenterologist.
