Possibly...: ... but impossible to tell for sure without an exam and radiographs. If they have shifted, you may have gum disease. That issue will need to be addressed before any orthodontic treatment can be considered.

If any of your teeth are facially displaced, spaced or crooked, it can be a sign of advanced gum disease and bone loss. See your dentist for evaluation, x-rays and treatment.

Possible: Can't tell without more information. See an Orthodontic Specialist for an initial examination (usually free or low cost). The Orthodontist can then work with your Dentist and possibly a Periodontist (gum specialist) to restore your mouth to optimum health. Ask your Dentist to recommend the best "adult orthodontist" in your area.
