Exercise: Good for you that you like to exercise. Cold or normal temperature water is fine. Sometimes if it's too cold it could upset your stomach or cause headache while exercising. You can eat whenever you're hungry but wait 30 min to 1 hour after eating to exercise or you may feel queezy and vomit. Good luck.
