Can be normal: and temporary. The purple color is a common temporary evidence of broken red blood cells & their hemoglobin color & this resolves soon after surgery. The discomfort is also not uncommon from temporary nerve hypersensitivity to the testickes & resolves in a few months. See your surgeon for follow up.
