Tough to say: Rashes are impossible to diagnose over the computer could be several things for example: Heat rash, fungal infection, atopic dermatitis, etc. S/He needs to be evaluated and have the rash physically looked at to get the most likely diagnosis so the correct treatment can follow, Best wishes.
