A member asked:

If i take wellbutrin (bupropion) while withdrawing from benzos, will lamotrigine prevent any/all possible seizures? or is there still a chance of seizures?

Not bullet proof: Lamotrigine is a good strategy for preventing Wellbutrin (bupropion) seizures, however, you still can get seizures even though you are taking anticonvulsant. Also the dosage of anticonvulsants you are on wouldn't make that much of a difference in in stopping seizure. Ask your doctor if it is possible for you divide Wellbutrin (bupropion) in 3 smaller doses during the day. Good luck.
