if you have a poor functioning gallbladder, but no stones or gall sludge, is it possible in time for it to heal(become functional)with healthy living?

Biliary dyskinesia: This is the term often given for patients with recurrent right upper quadrant pain with no stones/sludge and low ejection(emptying) fraction of the gallbladder on HIDA scanning. Unfortunately besides cholecystectomy(removal of the gallbladder), there is no reliable alternative treatment. Even with cholecystectomy many patient still have symptoms! I do wish you luck.
