U/s showed gallbladder thickening with possible stone or sludge. bld work is normal. can thickening get better on its own? mild discomfort occasionally in that area. very worried about gallbladder cancer. would that show on u/s and bld work?

Thickness of GB is secondary to disease- infection stone etc. and does not get better on its own If symptomatic consider removal since it will also eliminate your worry
