Depends/more info.,,: More information would be helpful in answering this, but it seems that there may have been a stone in your duct at the time of surgery. Hopefully your bilirubin will be down after it but it may take time to clear. It would be good to see your doctor to get a repeat bilirubin level and other liver tests to be sure there's nothing else going on. Best of luck.
