See answer: You can google Free clinics, but nothing is really "Free." Most Health care Clinics, even the Department of Public health clinics, if you have no Insurance, may charge a small fee based on family size and income. Large Hospital run Networks will also most likely have policies in place with a payment system based on your income and family size etc. that would decrease your out of pocket costs.
