Unlikely: Chemotherapy will make ovaries sterile most of the time , before initiation of treatment , must speak to oncologist for alternative plans.

Yes: Chemotherapy may supress the ovarian function and may affect one's fertility. However, i think she will actually gradually gain the ovarian function back again- post chemo. Thus theoritically if she wishes to be pregnant -she could have a baby.
