Does swollen lymph nodes mean cancer? or just a bacterial infection that made my lymph node swollen? and will it go away on its own or do i have to take ibuprofen to help it go away? thank you!

Lymph Nodes: Lymph nodes may become enlarged in response to inflammation, infection and sometimes due to cancer. Taking Ibuprofen is not likely to shrink the size of lymph nodes. If the nodes don't begin reducing in size after several weeks, consider getting them checked.
