Not enough info: In general, you report few risk factors for secondary hypertension, which is hypertension caused by another condition. But the list of things which can cause hypertension is pretty long, including varied kidney issues, diabetes, other endocrine conditions. Quite a list. As your doctor starts treating you for hypertension, you should ask about what causes have been looked for, and ruled out.
