Possibly, it depends: Congratulations. A "medication holiday" is a possibility, depending on the underlying cause of the elevated cholesterol and B/P. Get both measured now, & discuss the results with your physician. Six weeks is a reasonable period to try being off your cholesterol medicines; then obtain a repeat profile to decide how to proceed. No simple rule for B/P meds so consult your doc or a HealthTap one.

Depnends: Check the BP and cholesterol. If they are normal you can stop meds. Recheck after 6 weeks. If high again, u might have to start again.
