Unlikely: IgG level elevation only signifies exposure to CMV, your pregnancy would be at increased risk with an IgM spike which signifies a primary infection which a fetus has no immunity against. Your CMV IgG is protective to your babies and is a positive sign. I'm always thrilled to give folks good news !
