Yes: Your baby (fetus) is well protected from CMV infection and it's complication.

Yes: The high IGG levels mean your baby is protected from CMV if you are exposed.The low IGM level means you have no evidence of a recent or ongoing CMV infection that would hurt your baby.Good luck.
