Ive been on sertraline 50mg for 5 years and wellbutrin (bupropion) 150mg for couple months together with the dosage do i need to worry about my serotonin levels?

No: They are low dosages. Wellbutrin (bupropion) should raise Serotonin minimally, so I doubt you have to be concerned about Serotonin syndrome.
