Perhaps: It may or may not be related and we cannot determine that over the internet. One has to rule out other causes as well.

Jaw pain: There are a number of causes for waking up with jaw pain and headaches. If you have a seizure disorder then you should report this to you neurologist. If there is no history of seizures then see a dentist for an evaluation.

Possible: If you had a seizure jaw pain can conceivable result from tooth injury, jaw fracture, dislocated jaw, contusion, muscle spasm, TMJ dysfunction. See oral surgeon for diagnosis.
