Concerning: Break through seizures.. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor to review these symptoms. Drug levels have to be monitored closely so that the anti epileptic medications are working in a therapeutic range that stops the seizures. Has anything changed? New medications, new herbal supplements? Did you gain or lose weight? Keep a seizure diary.

Trust you are taking anti-epileptic medications, but, if not, these are required. I believe you are having nocturnal grand mal events, and you need to contact your neurologist ASAP. In meantime, do NOT drive, do activities at heights, operate power equipment, swim or take a bath alone.
