See an MD: Are you diagnosed with seizure disorder? It's normal to feel groggy and 'out of it' for a while after a seizure, but severe headaches don't necessarily go with seizures and would need to be worked up by an md. See an md, because some seizure disorders are life-threatening if not controlled. A neurologist would be best suited for this.
